The Practice staff are working through all requests and we aim to respond to you within 48 hours of your submission for any form you submit.

Engage Consult
Please use the above Engage Consult service (you don’t need to come to the Practice to register for this service – you can register online) if possible to reduce load on our phone system as it is the safest and most structured way of seeking online help, with service guaranteed by the end of the next working day. Please see the guides below on how to use engage consult.
For Fit notes/Sick note please use the Fit note link. All new Fit/Sick notes requests need to be submitted using Engage Consult form. Use Fit note link for continuation of Fit notes.

Online Services
Get StartedYou can use the online services to check your symptoms and get instant advice from NHS help guides, request a consultation, book and cancel appointments for GP and Hospitals.
You can view your GP medical records and test results and order repeat medications using the NHS App and SystmOnline Apps. Please use the links provided to download the Apps and get help if you need using the help buttons.
Please note, we would like you to use the Engage Consult form to request an appointment for a non-urgent consultation. We can generally offer an appointment within 48 hours of a request.
Every appointment is booked following submission of a completed Engage Consult form- whether on the phone, at reception or from the online form submission. You will be asked to complete the form with all the details and submit it online and wait for our admin team to send you an appointment.
We deal with over 1,000 contacts a day so waiting times on the phone may be long. We request you to ring us only for urgent matters.
For accuracy and safety reasons, we would ask you not use emails or Engage Consult pre-triage form to request repeat prescriptions. Once you have downloaded the Apps, it is very easy to use the NHS App or SystmOnline App to request repeat medications.
